Absolutely appalling dentist and staff and the practice manager doesn't even want to speak to you. Cancelled 1 appointment and rebooked... Apparently I didn't arrive??!!... Then was late by 8 mins to my next appointment and tried phoning 6 times and each time was in a queue and was advised to call back after 11am... Then arrived and stosd in a queue waiting to book in for 10 mins while 3 people were on reception but only 1 serving.... To be told I had been deregisted and to find another dentist... They've left me half a root canal which they have probably claimed the money for and now no dentist. It was the dentist decision apparently as she is 'self employed' and doesn't get paid if I don't attend ... Even though I cancelled first appointment and was there but couldn't book in or let them know I was running late... Absolutely shocking.... DO NOT USE... AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE... SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN... RUDE AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT PATIENTS ONLY MONEY... And to add to their reply if you read above you can see how contradictory they are... I cancelled my first appointment therefore it was a did not attend and the second I was 8 minutes late which I had tried numerous times to advise them and then I waited inside the dentist for 10 mins whilst waiting to be booked in... So they've left me with half a root canal a black tooth and no dentist... Thank you practice manager Emma for finally responding after you refused to take my calls to make a formal complaint at least you're trying to preserve your reputation on Google... Do not be fooled people avoid at all costs!!
Excellent dental practise. Lovely, friendly staff and exceptionally patient and helpful dentist. I would highly recommend.
I just looked up the details online for this practice and came across the reviews. I cannot believe the negative reviews on here, I have never had anything but help and good manners from the reception staff and my dentist and nurse are the best I ever had in my life and I have been to a few. I cannot reccomend my dentist highly enough.
I mean I've been going to this dentist for a while. The staff have always been kinda iffy, especially the last time I called to book an appointment on the phone. The lady was very rude and not polite at all. And if you are going to use a booking system online, there should be people keeping an eye on the database to remove any appointments that can't be booked. Have booked a couple of appointments online and have been told they're cancelled. What is the point of having an online booking system then?As it's a dentist the staff should be polite, kind and caring? Do they not realise that some people are nervous even before their appointment?If I had a choice I would not particularly choose this Practise to go to. However, most of the receptionists are nice in person, if you go to the right one. Disappointing.
I had to add this 5* review as i saw that there were a lot of 1* reviews and this is not my experience at all. I joined this dentists over the phone (others wanted me to go in personally/seperately to an appointment) then i just needed to sign some papers at my first appointment. The receptionists were friendly and polite, the dentist was very efficient, but warm with it. In fact i think the dental work itself was very good indeed. You can park at Tesco for free for up to 4 hours and walk over zebra crossing to get there. I don't often write reviews but feel that this dentists is a very good standard and this should be praised.
