It's fairly basic but it does exactly what you expect, it's a well-stocked gym that's clean, affordable and open 24-7
A very modern looking gymnasium. Plenty of running machines and cardio equipment available. Instructors and personal trainers I also on standby ready to help. There is also a weight Room upstairs. Price is reasonable (14 pm). Open 24/7.
Decent facilities but no on site parking so awkward to access. Then the layout makes me feel super insecure, so I'd rather go back to pump. If you're buff already no worries I guess - but I am not
Fantastic gym...spent so much money on new renovations....but still no free parking. Massive inconvenience. Not worth it if you got a car. I really don't want to leave but I can't be paying for parking everytime...
Just downgraded my star rating to 3.One major downfall of this gym is the fact there is no free parking since NCP have taken over the car parking facilities right outside and despite being told by the manager they were following this up........months later nothing changed and no update to it's members.Equipment could do with a good clean.Gym is undergoing a refurbishment but in my opinion too little too late. I've now cancelled my membership after 3 years.......shame as could be so much better.
