Great to get and stay fit!
I have been going to Cripps for two years. It is a very complete gym including a pool with NHS discount, perfect to go before or after your shift.The majority of the activities that interest me are during the afternoon and I cant go as much as I would like but they have increased the opening times. The staff has been changing but they are all very kind and helpful. The facilities are always clean and tidy. They recently refurbished the changing rooms and there is a small car park free for 3hours but on rush hours is always full.
Shame that they don't offer year up front all subscription based.
If you are busy like me and try to work out early dont trust them to open on time.... left waiting outside till 730 and still no communication..call centre closed..its cold abd raining they obviously are amateurs with no emergency procedures in place
Nice gym with good facilities, not so crowded, spin studio and virtual sessions are good, well air-conditioned. Free car parking, swimming pool is good but unsupervised. Toilets needs much more upkeep than what's done today
