Rude! The man working there answering his mobile phone while dealing with a customer and when approached the answer was he can do whatever he wants. Second time now I have been given a wrong tracking number and once the parcel was untrackable due to this reason. The man has been rude on every occasion I was there but today he absolutely shocked me lying he answered his phone as it was his lunch break which i know it wasn't as when it is they shut the place down. Yet againappalling customer service from this man!
