Seriously poor knowledge of procedures. Sent me to St Giles Street PO because they said I couldn't send a large parcel to Finland from their PO in Kingsthorpe. Extra petrol and parking to go to St Giles (who were extremely helpful ). At the St Giles Street PO they said that "there is no reason" why the transaction couldn't have been completed at Kingthorpe PO, other than "they couldn't be bothered" or they didn't know what to do.This is the second time in a month I have received poor service from Kingsthorpe PO. Will I be going back?....

I've always had good, friendly service here. I have seen the queues get a bit long, but that's generally on a Monday morning, which is to be expected.
One of the better post offices in the area. Understaffed due to post office cuts but the girls make do there to give a friendly efficient, reliable, experience. I will always choose this PO over town centre.
