Friendly staff, parking not always easy if busy. Will sometimes come here even though it's not my nearest post office as service is better
I use this post office every single week day, and have been for the last two to three years. They are efficient, friendly and extremely professional. I have never seen them be rude to anyone, I can only conclude that the last customer was having a bad day and decided to take to google for revenge as she doesn't realise how lucky we are having this fab post office right on our doorstep, you can't please everyone!!. Keep smiling :0)
Very rude staff.I walked in 2 minutes before closure and they happily let me in. When i asked them if i could post a package they asked me if the package was prepared yes or no. The only thing it needed was some tape, and therefore they kicked me out as the manager said sorry, i was literally about to close talking costumer service and going the extra mile?
