My pets have always had good treatment from here. The staff were exceptionally kind with me and my very old cat some years ago. The receptionists are friendly, it does make a potentially difficult time easier.
Great service, really friendly staff. Very much focused on both pet and customer welfare. We recently had to say goodbye to our beloved boy Biggles, and they were exceptionally supportive and understanding.
Superb service. Used the 24 hour one a couple of Christmases ago when my dog found some chocolates at 1 am. All routine care is arranged through reminders, and there's a great offer for a pet plan which includes flea treatments. They admitted my dog as an emergency when she had pancreatitis earlier this year and although it was extremely serious, she's doing well now and excellent advice was offered on a new diet. All the staff are fabulous and we are so happy to have this practice as our vet - a good one is not easy to find!
Excellent service, the 24hr emergency care is a godsend (I have used it more than you'd ever want to!). Nothing is too much trouble and you can tell just how much they really love every animal that comes through the door. My family have always used them.
Good vets, very good with my Bull Terrier (not all vet practices are good with the bull breeds!) & extremely polite, cheerful & welcoming. Never had a problem with my dog's treatment, although I've recently had a minor problem with their record keeping, but nothing too serious. Highly recommend them.
