My dog has had 2 cruciate ligament operations at this vet. Jamie & the team were great with my dog, who suffers with separation anxiety. Both ops went really well, he's healing well. I wouldn't hesitate to take him there again, should he need further procedures. He's also been liasing with my regular, local vet, for his follow up xrays etc. I would recommend them to anyone.

All ok so far with Lucy So pleased with the care from the vet ,nurses and reception staff

Absolute amazing vets, have been going the for over 10 years and would never go anywhere else. Staff are friendly, polite, understanding and above all else they are so caring

Very warm and welcoming, reception are great at anwsering questions or money queries etc. My 11monh old westie Had a hip replacement last year and it changed her life. She was able to enjoy her puppy hood and recovered very quickly. The vet explained everything step by step of the op and treatment and was helpful with explaining cost and insurance. All staff where very helpful and understanding. As my dog had to stay over three nights it was obviously a very daunting and worrying time but the reassurance that the day and night nurses gave was very nice and allowed me to trust them with her care. That fact that my dog walked in there (well hopped) like a five year dog and came out like a 11month old should was all worth the cost of the operation and knowing that it has changed her way of life if the vet hadnt done it really opened our eyes to well experience he had in his role of surgeons and very successful.

Awful experience at the Moulton surgery today. Booked a provisional appointment in and was told someone would call me to confirm. No one did. I had to call several times before it was confirmed. Confirmed that there was a vet available that was experienced and confident with African Pygmy hedgehogs. Explained that my hog has a fluid filled bump on the side of her face, which are often cysts or tumours so quite serious. Lady on reception still confirmed vet was suitable and experienced for this. Someone took my hog on behalf of me as I had work. Vet saw her for all of 2 minutes and did nothing as she wasn't sure on it. This was ok. What wasn't OK was being charged 30 for 2 minutes of nothing. No tests or samples were taken to check this was infected, wasn't cancerous or wasn't just a cyst. No weight was recorded to monitor any sudden weight loss. No checking of her skin condition, her paws and claws, her ears or her nose. And considering this lump was on the side of her mouth, no checking of her teeth and gums! Very unprofessional! If they weren't experienced in treating pygmies that's fine, but don't waste my time and my money on a completely useless 2 minute "consultation." It was said that they would operate if necessary, yet nothing was said to specify why operating now wasn't necessary, nor was it specified what would deem operating necessary in the future. It wasnt even determined what the bump is so how could she even know what she'd be operating on?? Should have just admitted to lacking knowledge on this species. I called later to complain and was continuously put in hold or told someone would call me back. No one did.
