I found this experience very poor stressed out enough with a poorly dog. Was shocked at lack of empathy or care 3 members staff sat there slagging other members of staff off and then customers pulling faces down the phone. Very unprofessional also to charge 149 just to be seen is pure greed I really hope I dont have to use out of hours service again !
First thing I noticed that the complete waiting area was very dirty, I didn't want to sit down. The staff were not busy for some time so maybe they could of picked up a mop. Had a massive separate cat area . Nice that they tell you the price of emergency price before you come down.
Do not take your rabbit here!!! They may be ok for cats and dogs but they don't know about small animals. Wrong diagnosis, wrong treatment offered and very expensive considering they couldn't listen to a rabbits lungs and heart correctly. Shockingly awful and their customer service is non existent. Please if you have a rabbit use Abington Park Surgery for emergency vets and not this practice unless you want your wallet to be a lot lighter and given the wrong treatment advice!!!!Thank goodness for our regular vet who managed to diagnosis our bunny correctly on the Monday morning
