Misold and pushed me to buy the wrong item to repair my bike and at over twice the cost of any other shop in northampton. Obviously here profit is first and expert honest repairs second.
If you genuinely want a bike and want to experience shopping as it should be, don't go to a car parts shop that sells a few bikes, or a sports store that sells trainers and bikes..... Go to Cycle King, they only sell bikes!Thorough and informative and was not at all pushy. Hats off Dan and the team.
I had been looking online for a bike with not much knowledge so was delighted to see that one I was interested in was in stock at a local Northampton shop. Just popped in and was very happy with the service I received from the Manager whose name was Ash. He was very knowledgeable and in a few mins he made senses of all the research I had done and gave me the confidence to buy a bike. Great that Northampton has a local shop where you can get great advice, have the bike built for you and feel confident that if issues arise you have the experts at hand. Would certainly recommend.
