Went in looking for shoes only to find nobody there to help and when i went to go ask for help in another department i was rudely sent away by one of the workers.I will not return again

RUDE STAFF..SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE I Went to purchase a jacket & only noticed at the till it had a tear in it so I looked for another one in the same size and style. Only one size M left but it had 2 buttons missing on the detachable hood which was hanging off. I showed it to an employee who said to just leave in on the rail as someone might want it. I said to him i thought it was disgusting how he was okay my with selling faulty goods, he shrugged his shoulders and walked off. I went back to the till and begrudgingly paid for my goods, and left only to see another employee putting the ripped coat back on the rail. If it wasn't for the fact the items purchased were items my son picked for xmas i wouldn't have bothered. I wont be buying from a Sports Direct store again. EVER
Tried to return a item that didn't fit. Gave me a gift card or a exchange. Rubbish shop with stupid policies, wouldn't recommend going there. Tacky clothes with brands that was out 20 years ago.
Products sold here are very good quality and cheap! But, as it is underground it gets very stuffy and hot and can feel quite enclosed. With a little less clutter and more available staff Im sure it would feel better.
