First class service from start to finish!
Amazing service. My bicycle broke down on the way to the university. Chris had it fixed up in minutes and identified the cause of the problem. It's right in town so it's super easy to access. Super friendly and tons of experience.
If you want a cheapie fix this isnt the shop for you. If you want a proper job done thats still going to be quick and also a good price; but more importantly is what you actually need doing then youre at the right place. Not seen Chris give up on a job even when everywhere else already did. Works on all types of bikes, with passion. Something sadly lacking everywhere else.
In all my years of cycling and visiting numerous cycling repair shops for advice and services, i can confidently say that Velo Haus is hands down The BEST. Great customer service and honest reliable advice. I won't be going anywhere else in future. My bike has not felt so precise and smooth in years. Thanks Chris
Simply excellent. Took my bike in for a service and Chris said not to go for the more expensive service. Could have made more money from my ignorance but was honest instead. That's worth five stars on its own, but I have an old bike frame which I wanted to go to a good home. Instead of taking it and selling it himself, Chris offered to pass the money back to me. Seriously, you can't put a number of stars on service like this.
