Have had a great experience dealing with the team at bells Volvo. Very relaxed and considered approach. They are not pushy and very engaging. Fairly competitive with pricing although not as good in giving top prices for part exchange. Really good communications from them during the ordering process. Really pleased to be allowed to take a car for an unaccompanied test drive with no pressure on time, route etc. Allowed us to really see if we liked the product. Staff were in no rush to try and upscale and real understood the product and the best options to make sure we spent our money well. Awaiting the delivery of the new car, the delivery date has already been brought forward from expected which is great. Thanks to all, especially Dan.
I have used Bells garage for over 35 years as Volvo cars are superb vehicles and we have one now. Also they have now completely modernised their premises at great cost too.I will not be using them again as a result of an incident which happened when we had our last Volvo car. I cant publicly explain this matter.
Helpful staff . Comfortable showroom and pleasant atmosphere.. was picked up and dropped off at home during the test drive. So pleased I am having a car From this dealership.
Leased a V90. Marc was excellent in timely and efficient contact and dealt with any issue quickly. I was kept up to date fully with all of the process, and when we collected the car the dealership was very friendly. To date, probably the best car sale/lease experience weve had over 20 years.
Once again - expectations exceeded. Phoned yesterday as chargers stopped working, and asked if I could call in Friday morning? "Of course, Just call in whenever it's convenient". Arrived just after 10, and yet again my complimentary coffee hadn't cooled enough to drink before the key was back on the table in front of me, fuse changed. Excellent service - thank you very much!
