My daughter has a car on pcp, and they have always been excellent with her.
Visited the dealership to see a Seat Leon after calling ahead for a test drive. I'd already made my decision to put a deposit on the car, model, colour and engine was perfect but wanted to give it once over. The car was parked behind 3 other cars with a flat battery and empty tank, I waited for the branch manager to fill it up (station next to the garage) 45 minutes later I was still waiting. I felt mistreated, singled out and treated unfairly- what a shame (2017 visit)
Dreadful customer experience. I originally tried to book a service online and nobody called me back. When I chased up by email I was told that my phone number was wrong. I supplied the correct number in my reply email and nobody called me back. I then phoned up and apparently I was booked in for 1st October with a courtesy car. I rescheduled this for 8th October. When I arrived I was told that I hadn't requested a courtesy car and so I couldn't have one. Whilst waiting for a lift to work I spoke to another lady who had exactly the same thing happen to her that morning. After being dropped off at 9.20 I requested my car to be ready at 5 and was told that I'd be picked up. At 4.10 I phoned and was told that I'd be picked up between 4.50 and 5.00 but that someone would ring me to confirm. I was then phoned at 4.45 and informed that nobody could get me so I was asked to take a taxi which I did. Upon arrival at 5.00 guess what, my car wasn't ready. My taxi fare is being reimbursed, but that isn't the point. This isn't the first time that I've received terrible service from this dealership. I'm glad that they're not doing Suzuki servicing much longer. APPALLING.
Great service from Connor at Motorvogue, even delivered car mats to us personally! Very helpful and informative at every stage, not at all pushy. I felt I got the deal I wanted and absolutely love my Fiat 500. Thank you!
