What a difference a year make.. After receiving notification of a safety recall I was dreading taking my vehicle back to Northampton motors. It was my first visit since i was quoted 600 for an extended diagnostic after I had already told them what the problem was. I eventually got it repaired for 65 somewhere else. This time I had a completely different experience. They even repaired my airflow actuator free of charge.
It was a very easy and enjoyable experience buying a new car from these guys. Great group of staff with special mentions to John and Ellis who were superb throughout the process.
