I came into the showroom to find out more information about the new Corolla, on a friend's recommendation. Before coming to Toyota I was a bit dubious but they had the brand new model in the showroom and I'm so, so impressed with how modern it is in comparison with the older models! Rachel showed me around the vehicle and answered all my questions. I'm considering buying my first hybrid and she gave me lots of confidence in Toyota and the high standards of their hybrids. I came for a test drive earlier in the week. The car drove amazing. The sales representative Rachel was so professional and definitely knew what she was talking about. I decided due to her recommendation to come back and test drive the new Corolla next week. To much choice but exciting times. Customer service was above and beyond from Rachel.
Currently driving a manual petrol car and came into see some of the new hybrid ranges, which I was unsure about. Was met by the most friendliest and knowledgeable sales person ever, Rachel. Highly recommended, she ran through the different models and ranges, and have booked into test the new Rav4. If Rachel is there on the test drive, then it is a definite purchase. Don't take your wife with you, as Rachel is rather attractive, although don't let that fool you, she knows the car's inside and out!
I would like to thank Dan for all his help with the purchase of our new car. We had had a very difficult search for a car with a boot that was large enough to take my mobility scooter in one piece and a hoist. We finally went to Toyota. How I wish we had started our search there! Dan very patiently helped us with all of our requirements and even on the day that we collected our car, when there were problems with the fitting of the hoist to enable the scooter to be lifted satisfactorily, Dan assisted us and the hoist company to find a solution whilst providing us with ample refreshment. During the time that we waited prior to collection we were kept informed of the state of play by Dan who called us with regular updates, so that we knew in advance exactly when our car was going to be ready for collection. At Toyota Northampton we were treated in a friendly and respectful manner by every member of the team. I must say that I didnt expect to like the new car as much as the car we parting with, which was a different brand, so I was excited when I drove home in the dark and pouring rain (a really good test) to find that it exceeded all my expectations and we absolutely love the car. It is a big car and yet it is light to handle and extremely quiet to run. It has many interesting features and Im sure there are many more I havent yet discovered as we have only had it for two days. We are delighted with the treatment weve had and the vehicle we have just bought. If there was one small thing that I would like to change I would like the rear tinted windows to be slightly darker as we travel abroad a lot, but other than that it is a fabulous car. I highly recommend Toyota at Steven Eagell Northampton for the second to none Customer Service and the RAV4 which is a spacious, comfortable, powerful vehicle that is a pleasure to drive.
