We had terrible problems with our order once we had purchased our sofa and we were promised Christmas delivery. At one point we were getting nowhere with them and I dealt with a very rude lady over the phone in customer service. Caused a lot of upset, but....... The sofa came before Christmas, the delivery drivers were just so so lovely and so kind. They came at the time that was confirmed and were very clean and tidy. One of the feet fell off a couple of days after it was delivered on the footstool. I was worried to call up but have called finally today and they have been absolutely amazing. The customer service staff could not have been more helpful and understanding. I said I was worried about calling, but they made me feel so much better and were so so kind. We love our sofa, it is a beautiful product and looks beautiful in our home. Thank you AHF. A lot happier customer

Relaxed atmosphere, time to talk and decide what you want without being chased around the store, pestered or pressured into doing something. Spent more than I could have elsewhere but i enjoyed my 3 coffees and my buying experience. Good laugh with the "team" too.
