Staff laughed at me when I asked about discounts even though there were advertising on TV. They said to me, people come in here looking for big discounts when the price is the price. Ive been waiting for a month for a refund, having to chase them up regularly. Customer services are difficult to get hold of. The store staff dont help with this either.
We visited twice with the intention to buy in one morning within two hours. It took the sales guys 20 minutes to get to us after some promoting. Once we had our sales guy they were very helpful and we proceeded to purchase .
Great sale on currently. Just ordered our brand new sofa. Can't wait for delivery.
You only really go to this shop if you want a sofa or furniture related items, what im saying is you wouldnt make a trip to dfs to have a look around at leisure, we'll I wouldn't, they always seem to be competitive on prices and have various sales on, probably why they have been around so long where other companies have shut down. Has a large selection of furniture and household items.
Do not get anything delivered .Was told I would get a call the day before to confirm my slot, followed by a call half hour before the sofa gets here. Received nothing. After finally getting in contact with the store I was told I should of had a call to tell me it was running very late. Again no call. 5 hours later still no sofa, no call no sign of anything. I wouldn't mind if I wasn't missing a paid day of work to sit in for nothing to turn up.
