Love the bunk bed we ordered didn't love the faff with the delivery... mattress and bed came from 2 separate suppliers, couldn't get them delivered on the same day, not much notice for bed delivery, not great when you have to take time off work to be at home. A stressful experience, a shame as the store staff were great as was the chap who delivered and assembled the bunk beds... let done because they can't sync delivery which in this day and age seems a tad ridiculous
A fantastic service all thanks to a young lad called Matthew who served us. I was just buying a new Hypnose mattress, but as we are moving to a new house we will be buying all 3/4 new mattresses and beds from Dreams, all because of the fantastic customer service of Matthew and the others that we spoke with.
