I've always had excellent service here and never any problems. To all the people complaining about the rude staff and the lack of manners, just remember that respect is a two way street!
A regular post office. Usually is busy but they work very fast. The post office is opened on weekend days and that's very good.
I couldn't agree more with all of these bad reviews. This place is not interested in giving ANY kind of service.
It's strange how you read these comments and know exactly which members of staff people are talking about. The big lady has been rude for years and I'm surprised she still works there, obviously customer service means nothing to the owners of the post office.
I would not recommend this post office to anyone. Not only are they rude and talk and swear at customers in their own language but they rip customers off. I had a pre paid envelope but was told to pay. I was so confused? I paid and then the second time I had to send the letter off with a pre paid envelope I went to Weston Favell post office and was told that I did not need to pay as it is a pre paid envelope just like my previous one!! AVOID. I have taken all these things up and emailed higher and would recommend others too aswell. Its sad how they take advantage of customers and swear and talk about them in their own language UNAWARE that I understand what is being said. AVOID and REPORT.
