Richard Baker has first-class knowledge of the area and gives no-nonsense factual advice when it is required. I bought a rundown flat in Northampton and Belvoir advised on refurbishment recommended good value suppliers and even dealt with final snagging using their own contractors all of immense value to me as I am based in London. They then efficiently dealt with the letting, management and subsequent sale of the property all with minimum fuss and maximum service. Happy to recommend them.
Avoid this agency, man on the phone spoke to me very rudely. They also charged me when i left a property for not cleaning the outside of a roof window & also for water marks on the shower door. Absolute joke.

Communication has been timely and relevant; as someone who is living overseas, I have the utmost confidence that my property will be well looked after and that compliance issues will be taken care of.
