Drove all the way from South London for a viewing - waited 45 mins and nobody turned up, called their office several times and no answer. Thankfully I had another viewing with another agent the same day so the drive wasnt a complete waste of time, but the very minimum I expect from a letting agent is to actually show up.
Contacted multiple times to arrange a viewing, couldn't be bothered to answer calls or emails. Gave up and took my business elsewhere.
