Completely unprofessional and rude. They will quite happily allow a mother and her young child to be stuck outside their flat in the cold winter because of a faulty entry gate lock. Totally unwilling to help at all, the MD is rude. Would suggest giving this joke of a business a very wide berth. Use someone else if you want good service and friendly polite staff.
