Could write an essay on this but wont. Was renting and was misinformed multiple times about work on the house that was carried out, i.e. plumbers had visited despite the fact they hadn't. Didn't get full deposit back despite left the house cleaner and in a better state than was found. My calls were getting ignored and was passed on to three different advisors to deal with. Even after moving out I was lied to about asking the existing tennants for post that had been delivered in my name, they claimed they hadn't - today I picked up 12 letters dating as far back as 2 months ago. - I am aware I should have got the address changed, but not for all. I also found that they tried to cut corners to save money and effort on there time.As I said, could write a lot more...They're not predominately a letting agency, so I presume thats why i didn't really feel valued. 90% of the time we had to speak to the Land Lord/Lady directly as they were more helpful. Sorry to say this, but after being ignored and lied to (even as of yesterday regarding mail) it has been hard work.Perhaps we were just unlucky...One last thing to note - all the current reviews which are glowing only seem to have one or two reviews elsewhere, whereas the other local guide also had issues, albeit separate from mine.
