Great hotel in a great location. Beautiful rooms and clean. Customer service is beyond spectacular!!
A first class family Christmas dinner! Table settings were lovely. Food was deliciously excellent. Staff excellent. Lots of dining room and very family oriented.Bar prices were scarily expensive - bottle of 38.00. Must enquire about corkage prices in the future.Reception staff were amazing when one of our family members was feeling poorly, finding a room and extra bedding, to take care of her.
Nice large and glam reception. Staff polite and attentive. Two wings go off from sitting area with cafe, and restaurant. Comfy clean and spacious bedrooms. Decor in ours was a bit 80s, dated but charming. Slippers and bathrobe should be in room, we asked and got them v promptly. Pool and Gym at end of long corridor, guests just sign in and out. Towels provided. Open till 10pm. Breakfast was best we've had! Lovely selection, porridge, waffles (selection of marshmallows and sweets) , cereals, fresh honey on the comb, nuts seeds and dried fruits. Variety of cooked breakfast including vegetarian sausages. If I could suggest improvements I'd say please put all the non meat stuff together at start so utensils aren't used for meat too. Fab breakfast and staff thank you!
Excellent stay, the hosts and the staff were charming and friendly. Aside from the bacon being a little soggy the breakfast was absolutely outstanding. With so much variety I couldn't have it all, unfortunately. I attended an event here in the evening and the dinner and bar service was admirable. Although the hotel is near a main road there was no noise in the bedroom, I slept very well. Would highly reccomend
Staff very helpful. Room very clean and well presented. Meals excellent. Hotel management of large group disappointing and requires serious overhaul! Simple logistical and risk analysis is urgently needed.
