I honestly could not rate this hotel high enough. Me and my work colleague stayed for 3 nights and I cannot find one fault about anything. The main thing that made our stay pleasurable was the staff. We had a problem at the beginning where our work has not actually paid for the booking but the gentleman on reception, Glenn was so helpful and even spoke to my head office trying to rectify the problem which in the end got sorted. Throughout our stay every single member of staff was so friendly and made us feel like we were one of their friends. I cannot recommend this hotel enough if ever you have to stay in Northampton. The room itself was very nice hand cosy. At the beginning the room was cold but there is a temperature device on the wall where you can knock the heating up and it becomes lovely and toasty warm. The beds are so comfortable and I had the best night sleep I have had for a long time in it to the point I nearly slept in for my meeting the next day. If ever I have to stay in Northampton again I would not have any hesitation in booking up with the Premier Inn again. The room I used was room 15
Ideal place to stay if visiting Northampton for the rugby, football or any other reason. It's right in the centre of the town, about 20 min walk from Franklin's Gardens Is only a couple of years old and has the usual Premier Inn standards with its own Thyme restaurant. Book well in advance to get the benefit of cheap accommodation. Parking is across the road in the multi storey with a reduced tariff if authorised at the reception I only paid 2 for the night
Stayed here a few times for business. Short walk from the train station and its on the edge of the town centre. Great location. Friendly staff, comfortable rooms with basic amenities but totally adequate, decent price. Good/filling all you can eat breakfast
What a wonderful hotel.... spotlessly clean and comfortable. The customer services was faultless..... James was so attentive and looked after us so well... we really can't rate it highly enough.... we will stay again a 100%.
One of best premier inns I've stayed in. Really good restaurant. Better that the standard beefeater.Top tip parking in the multi story is discounted for people staying at the hotel. Get reception to check your ticket. Its 2 a night vs 9 without the discount
