Appreciate everyone takes time to learn but when I'm checking in at around 10pm I would like to try and get some efficiency in the check in process as it's getting late and I'd like to get to bed. The guy at reception was of no use at all, we waited 10 minutes of him looking at his check in screen with pressing around 3 keys in that whole time.. until we asked what the problem was as we had given him cash. He then decided he needed his manager. His manager arrived gave him one simple direction and then we proceeded. Total check in time for one room for one night without breakfast or any additional extras took 20 minutes. Rooms are very basic.. were clean but didn't smell very nice.. ideal for a cheap night as a last resort but when you're paying 75 pound for the night you'd expect a little better.
Enjoyed my stay at Westone had a delicious dinner exactly how I asked for it credits to the cook.Served by a polite pretty girl at bar, last night who clearly took care in her work and customer service. Her laugh and smile was contagious which kept the bar cheerful.room was clean and bed was comfortable, only gripe is the shower wasnt powerful had a bath instead.See you at the valentines event
Had an amazing night last night with the reggae band on. Food was delicious everyone was happy could of loved a Guiness punch to top the night off. Busy night. Take my hat off to westone ill be booking in for valentines night with out a doubt. A thank you to the waitress I'm sure said team manager, smiling and helping us from food to the end. WHAT A NIGHT AMAZING!!!
Stayed here for one night, the room was a bit dated but you can see there in the process of doing the hotel up. Had a throughout inspection of my room, as iv saw some bad reviews. It was immaculate not a bad word to say about it. Breakfast could of been a lot better to be fair was a bit cold. But clean and comfortable, slept like a baby.
I live locally. Thought I must pop my head in and see what's what. Well, I was not disappointed. Wow, what a transformation from a couple of years ago. Well done. More advertising to get you on the map but a great night. Fantastic food and very welcoming staff. I'll definitely be back
