Lovely little hotel, great price and convenient location only a 10 minute walk to the city centre. Plenty of on-site parking as well as a great little patio outdoor seating area. Also self check-in and check-out so easy to come and go with no hassle. Very nice owner, would recommend staying here.
Oh dear, we booked hear for the 22nd of September and got a confirmation email for it but upon arrival they had let the room to someone else saying we were expected on the 21st. We were left in Northampton without accommodation at 7.30pm on a Saturday. Thanks very much.

Stayed there last night, lovely clean and tidy room, excellent tv and en suite shower & wc, no problems with access, other guests were really friendly and nice. Excellent value for money.
Clean, reasonably priced, central, and the new business owner is lovely. Our shower was really powerful. Hotel is also very close to the esteemed Super Sausage cafeteria!
